[Doctype4]_[LanguageISO639_2].patch is not intended to be applied since it will
make the console display incorrectly.
Two patches with the same name [LanguageISO639_2].patch are exactly the same.
It was been attached twice due to the network problems, sorry for making the
confusion.
Apply the patches [ImgMissingAlt].patch, [LanguageISO639_2].patch and
[LanguageISO639_2]-1.patch one by one should be fine.
