This is a regression that only occurs when the ejb is put to WAR, and it's put
into WEB-INF/lib/xxx.jar instead of WEB-INF/classes.
You won't be able to recreate it when
1, the ejb is deployed as part of ear
2, the ejb is deployed as part of war, and the ejb is put to
WEB-INF/lib/classes.
