In revision 1104679 I updated the code to generate the p2 metadata for GEP. A
separate gep-p2repo.zip file will be created with the p2 metadata. Right now
the p2 metadata is generated from the site.xml file.
In the future we can consider dropping the gep-updatesite.zip file as with p2
assembly it is not needed anymore (I think).
