1.Build javaee6 sample jpa20demo-javaee6 and deploy
2.Access http://localhost:8080/jpa20demo-javaee6/, click add, but got
javax.ejb.EJBException: The bean encountered a non-application exception;
nested exception is: <openjpa-2.1.0-r422266:1071316 fatal user error>
