EJB application is not uninstalled cleanly

While using some tools to analysis our heap stack after deploying and
undeploying the EJB applications for some times, we got some memory leak.
a. I opened a JIRA on OpenEJB side,

>From Geronimo side, I could see two leak places,
a. one is in EJBModuleImpl, it did not remove some references from
GeronimoThreadContextListener singleton instance
b. Another is related to DeepBindingContext, it is still under investigation.
