Derby connection failure in uddi when PortOffset is not 0

When setting PortOffset as 100, and then start geronimo server, following 
exception throws:

org.apache.openjpa.persistence.PersistenceException: There were errors 
initializing your configuration: <openjpa-2.1.1-r422266:1148538 fatal user 
error> org.apache.openjpa.util.UserException: A connection could not be 
obtained for driver class "org.apache.derby.jdbc.ClientDriver" and URL 
"jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/UddiDatabase;create=false;".  You may have 
specified an invalid URL.
