I confirmed that it also needs to uncomment the <servlet> section to make this
sample run successfully in GlassFish.
As https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-5882 is already opened for
the default servlet override issue. I will make this jira as duplicated and add
it as a case in GERONIMO-5882.
