This patch adds support for JPA 2.0 to Geronimo 2.2 by upgrading to OpenJPA
2.1.1 and OpenEJB 3.2-SNAPSHOT. The unit tests and enterprise testsuite gives
no failures or errors. The OpenJPA plugins should be renamed from
"persistence-jpa10" to "persistence-jpa20", but that is better done over SVN
than in a patch file.
