Some things to fix geronimo-maven-plugin:
- I think we're using the karaf jmx connector named jmxrmi. anyway changing
all the JMXConnector to jmxrmi seems to let the deployer connect to the server.
- we need a gbean wrapper for the deployer. It's not really great but the
j2ee-deployer config seems like the best place to put it for now since we
otherwise don't need geronimo-gbean-deployer.
