xiezhi's patch is to use a more user-friendly exception message, and I've
applied to 3.0-beta@1296061.
Admin console deployer does not support deploying Geronimo car artifacts. So
redeploying the module is kind of a new feature to be implemented, and we can
open another feature request jira to track it, close this jira for now.
If any objection, pls comment and reopen it accordingly.
