In revision 1344906 I updated the code to use reflection API to set the target
platform and made it work with older (3.6, 3.7) and newer (3.8, 4.2) Eclipse
version. This piece of code is currently executed once at server setup so using
reflection won't have much performance impact. Also, using reflection allows us
to have one plugin version that supports multiple Eclipse versions and makes
building the code a bit easier.
