Committed changes to address both issues in revision 1388283. To address #1 the
bundles installed via install-bundle command will be started by the
BundleRecorderGBean after all configurations are started. To address #2 the
bundles installed via install-bundle command are now tracked in the
$GERONIMO_HOME/etc/installed-bundles.properties file.
