I don't understand what Romain is saying. You can have dependencies on other
apache projects, you can shade their code into geronimo, and you can copy other
apache projects code into geronimo. I don't know anything about the james
mime4j library. If you depend on it or shade it it will be easier to push bug
fixes back to them. If you are only using a small piece of the functionality
or need to adapt it it may be easier to copy the code (changing to an
appropriate geronimo package).
