pls try again with specs 1.7.2-SNAPSHOT 
(https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/apache/geronimo/specs/geronimo-javamail_1.4_spec/1.7.2-SNAPSHOT/),
 javamail 1.9-SNAPSHOT impl refers to that
