I've got a personal branch [1] which finishes the impl of MP-Config 1.3 and
passes the TCK except for one test which I cannot for the life of me configure
to pass:

If you look at the branch I've followed the instructions in the TCK for how to
pass the environmentVariables to the test suite, but it's still failing.
Has anyone gotten this test to work?
