Commonj-1.1 spec jar is published in maven central here: 
[https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.geronimo.specs/geronimo-commonj_1.1_spec/1.0]

 

But this jar does not match with the code present in source here: 
[https://github.com/apache/geronimo-specs/tree/trunk/geronimo-commonj_1.1_spec]
