I like the overall scheme but I wonder if we should show a bit more neck.
Otherwise the Giraffe in the foreground is not so evident. At first I thought
it was a little figure of a man with two horns on his head. :)
I would just try to make the logo a little more rectangular (more tall than
wide) to show the giraffe's head and neck.
