I agree that we should release 0.2 soon. I was thinking that it might
be nice to have the master compute stuff in there (GIRAPH-127), but
could also go into a future release.

Thanks to Roman Shaposhnik and Andrew Purtell, there has been commits to
Bigtop trunk here:

which allow creation of Bigtop-compatible Giraph packages.
Roman has mentioned inside BIGTOP-570 that he'd like Bigtop's next
release (0.4.0) to incorporate Giraph's next release (0.2.0). So we
would need to create such a release.
Perhaps we can start thinking about what bugs we want to resolve so that
we can release 0.2.0. Currently I see:
