I like the idea of eliminating the old RPC, netty is working out great.
However, lets try to keep the interfaces general and the netty related
implementation classes named Netty* as they are so that any future choices in
this area are pluggable without changing those interfaces.
If you have trouble running this on a cluster, let me know I'd be happy to
patch this in and run a job or two on it, I have to do that anyway for the next
few days!
