Forgot some generics in a declaration. So far in testing this seems to work
great, but at the waitAllRequests() barrier at the end of the first messaging
step, workers who have just flushed their last messages out don't leave the
barrier. I think I have a bug in my Request wiring.
If anyone takes a peek and notices problems and obvious bugs or typos, please
let me know, I need to get this running to completion (or crash) to make sure
its a good idea at all! So far what I have seen is just was I was hoping
for....but now it has to get past the first superstep ;)
