Make our maven module names more standard, specifically, I'm thinking of the
following:
- parent (top level) => giraph-parent
- giraph (main code) => giraph-core
- giraph-formats-contrib (io) => giraph-formats
Likely we'll end up splitting giraph-formats into giraph-accumulo,
giraph-hbase, giraph-hive, and so on... but we can leave that for another diff.
