Description:
Remove giraph-formats module, replace with giraph-accumulo, giraph-hbase, and
giraph-hcatalog. The motivation behind this is:
1) Most users don't want all of the formats all at once.
2) Makes each of those jars much smaller.
3) Each format supports different hadoop profiles. Right now we are limited to
only building formats on profiles where everything builds, this allows us to
build each format on the profiles it supports.
4) Decoupling tests, build breakages, known owners for each format, so on.
