As I mentioned before, I asked [email protected] to install 'git' command to
jenkins servers that we use. However, it has not been solved yet. The
failed precommit tests are disturbing the dev mailling list. So, I'm
going to disable the precommit test until this problem is solved.

The SCM has been changed to git. But, jenkins servers, available for
precommit test, do not have git command. I'll ask [email protected] to
install git command. Until this problem is solved, the jenkins will
disturb the dev mailling list. Please understand it.
