I deleted my local ~/.m2/repository
I ran mvn clean install from the 1.0.0 RC#3
Now all tests run (although I get the hanging HBase server again, but this
is another issue), I can also successfully use the mvn compile and package
-Dmaven.test.skup=true targets
Based on others and my own input (and on the basis that NOTICE, README,
trademarks@, etc. is addressed) I would give my +1 for releasing this RC.
