The plan is to create a new module called giraph-applications and add
applications there. However since it is not included as a child module in
giraph-parent pom since it does not directly test any giraph functionalities.
Further, doing so would mean running tests will get extremely slow.
Will add links to jira's that will be created in this direction progressively.
