Rishabh Wadhawan commented on GIRAPH-756:
-----------------------------------------
How to use this patch for your Giraph, I am sorry but I am new to it. I am
running Single Source Shortest Path example with giraph 1.1.0 on top of hadoop
2.5.1. My mapper executes 100% but process never halts. How can I use the
apache zookerper zk node to stop the process, which is being provided by this
patch.

> It would be good to have a way to tell a running application to halt after
> current superstep is done instead of just killing it. For example, it would
> be useful when we have a long running application, but we need resources for
> another job, or we see that the result is good enough, we can just halt it
> and still get the output.
