Allow data nodes/edges to optionally use .conf files for HOCON format instead of only java format 2. Delay resolution of data nodes/edges to allow overriding, but temporarily resolve config when constructing data nodes to allow for example passing fs.uri validation check ### Tests - [x] My PR adds the following unit tests __OR__ does not need testing for this extremely good reason: Tested GaaS locally with .conf files and overriding ### Commits - [x] My commits all reference JIRA issues in their subject lines, and I have squashed multiple commits if they address the same issue.
