Gobblin cli doesn't support running any specific pull file.
Gobblin standalone does support that, but it keeps running forever as a daemon.
Since we're standardizing on gobblin cli as the lightweight mechanism to run
Gobblin jobs, we should support a mode for running a single ingestion job with
a specified job config file. This should support all modes of running a Gobblin
job (at least standalone and MR)
