Now when we cancel/submit the job, we only use flow group and flow name to do
it, but when we allow concurrent execution for the same flow, there will be a
bug to correctly cancel the targeting flow. So include flow execution id when
try to submit or cancel flow using SimpleKafkaSpecProducer
