Summary: Rename YarnServiceTest to YarnServiceIT

This renaming is done as YarnServiceTest currently is disabled on CI testing,
and in order to not override YarnServiceTest Git history. After renaming the
tests to YarnServiceIT, a new file of the original name will be created, new
tests will be created, and those new tests will run in CI testing.
