### Description

Context: https://groups.google.com/g/cascading-user/c/qAQvajapawI
The repo conjars.org is not reliably available and has issues with not being
able to build due to dependency failure. Gobblin OSS relies on an older version
of Apache Calcite that does not exist on mvnrepository. So we must continue to
use conjars as our repo.
The repo https://conjars.wensel.net/ is more reliable and does not cause our
github actions to fail
Dependency on hive 1.0.1 which has a dependency on calcite-core 0.9.2 means
we have no choice in using this repo

To find the necessary dependencies, I selectively added the necessary
packages 1 by 1 using the `includeGroups` in gradle.

After testing on my local, I also tested using github actions to catch the

### Tests
- [X] My PR adds the following unit tests __OR__ does not need testing for
this extremely good reason:
Github Actions CI will cover this. Since this is a dependency change.
Regressions will be caught by current tests.
### Commits
