   nits:
   1. move `dagToCancel` init after the `for` loop (and as observed on the name 
already, it's a dag ID, not a DAG)
   2. call `dagMgmtStateStore.getDag(dagToCancel)` only once
   3. decide whether still the need for an intermediate `dagToCancel` var
