To accomplish such load testing, we provide a simple load-generator for creating nesting workflows that ultimately subsume whatever desired number of activities. ### Tests - [ ] My PR adds the following unit tests __OR__ does not need testing for this extremely good reason: manual execution up north of 1M activities/workflow ### Commits - [ ] My commits all reference JIRA issues in their subject lines, and I have squashed multiple commits if they address the same issue.
