FsCleaner.RETENTION_DATASET_ROOT is used in retention jobs when performing
customized trash deletions from ProxiedTrash classes and their derivatives.
Currently this field is populated in some instances of Fs Retention and Iceberg
Retention, but we do not have this for Hive retention.
