Changes done:
* Bootstrap's License is included in LICENSE file, and listed in NOTICE file
* normalize.css License is included in LICENSE file, and listed in NOTICE file
* Glyphicons-halflings font come with the same license as Bootstrap when used
through Bootstrap bundle, it has been listed as such in the NOTICE file
