Gobblin tried to set {retentionPolicy} while pushing a {Point} in
{InfluxDBPusher}.
latest influxDB does not come with, nor you can even create "default" retention
policy.
Gobblin dont have to really set the retention policy everytime it pushes a
{Point}, It also dont have a way to configure rentention policy per metric, so
having a retention policy can be completely offline while setting up InfluxDB
database.
