I needed to write a non-MR component that depends on nutchgora, which involves
lookup by URL key. Using Cassandra 1.0.6 so decided to upgrade to latest gora
in trunk (0.2-incubating). Found that CassandraStore.get() is an empty
implementation. Initial workaround was to use Hector's template API directly,
but having a functional get() makes the client code more readable.
