This is quite literally debauchery of the SqlStoree class :(
I am not happy to see this patch being uploaded to Jira, but I am happy that it
allows us to progress onto bigger and better things. 've retained all of the
methods, removed the code blocks (as I envisage that it will largely need
re-written anyway) and have simply overrideen the test cases to skip them.
Compile succesfully and builds OK as well.
I'll commit shortly if there are not objections.
