Address Incubator clutch issues

It appears that we still have a tiny bit of work to do before we completely
sever our relationship with the Incubator...
You will see Clutch is trying to help with project post-graduation steps. There
are some other things listed for current incubation podlings and also some that
have graduated E.g. Gora
In our case we have not yet made another release (0.2) which leaves us in a
position where the incubator still retains the 0.1.1-incubating release package
under http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/gora/
The above dists are sync'd to http://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/gora/ so
we should remove the ones under the former Apache dist server.
There may also be some other trivial tasks which I have failed to address here

In all honesty this should have been done a long time ago but it's slipped
through the net.
