Accumulo 1.4.0 was released. Well the vote went through and its in maven
repos, but was a glitch getting the tar balls out to apache dist that we are
waiting for infra team to resolve. I have a few minor chnages to make this
work w/ 1.4.0 Should I submit another patch or check it in to trunk?
