Hmm I tried to do delegate the cluster to a singleton and change
HBaseClusterTestCase to use HBaseTestingUtility but still total Maven time in
gora-hbase about 30 mins (improvement from 40 mins I saw before).
I added the patch GORA-89-hsaputra.patch so would like to get some inputs what
I am missing.
