Hi Guys,

This isn't a VOTE it's a discussion. Furthemore, we can't VETO (-1)
intent :) This is a discussion of an *intent* to make an RC.

If Lewis gets around to it, throws it up, the RC is subject to
procedural, majority rules VOTE'ing.

I think Alfonso is just expressing his desire that he would like
to comment on something RE: the RC. So please Alfonso, send in
your comments, but Lewis is also free (as is anybody) to create an
RC -- then -- when a VOTE is called, that's a VOTE :)
