Attachment: GORA-242.patch
Patch for trunk which includes all additions for the parent issue GORA-174 as
well as all sub tasks of this parent issue.
It should be noted that this patch also (for the time being) skips the
additional tests introduced... these can be seen in TestCassandraStore once you
patch your local copy.
Please review this patch and we can commit it to trunk then officially close
down the GORA_174 branch as well as the nightly build :)
