Hi Lewis,

Ah yes, we already had that, I was referring to plugin that could run
CI whenever a patch is added as attachment to JIRA case.

I believe I have seen this is several ASF projects, including HBase and Tajo.

I do not think Gora JIRA is set for this flow.
