Attachment: GORA-244v3.patch
This patch is the diff with the GORA_94 branch and includes the optimisations
in the GORA-244v2.patch. All tests run and only one assertion fails -
testUpdateWebPagePutToNotNullableMap. A proposed test change mentioned in
GORA-246 may resolve that, and if not, another version of the patch will work
around it.
The proposed re-factoring of AccumuloStore will follow.
