First patch which makes Gora-DynamoDB compile against GORA-94 (:
But there are quite a few issues to be dealt with to make this module a working
module again.
I will create some JIRA issues for what needs to be done, and we can decide if
we want to do this for 0.5 or if we want to deal with this now.
