GORA-339 Upgrade Solr Dependencies to 4.8.1
Hi Folks, this patch
* Upgrade solr-core and solr-solrj libs to 4.8.1
* Upgrades Tika to 1.5
* Make some formatting changes within various pom.xml's
* Adds necessary (and some unnecessary) Solr configuration files
* uses org.apache.commons version of commons-io
* changes cleanup of data directories generated during Solr tests
* UPGRADE'S GORA TO USE JAVA 7 as required by Solr 4.8.1
