GORA 453 - Implement bootstraping of GoraCI nodes with Chef and the JClouds

This issue addresses https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GORA-453
@sujen1412 and I are working on the implementation of Chef recipes for
GoraCI but that is a different kettle of fish besides this logic for doing the
software provisioning using Chef.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
