GORA-277 Create gora-maven-plugin
This issue addresses
[GORA-277](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GORA-277) by combining work by
both Gerhard Gossen and Viacheslav Dobromyslov in order to produce the very
useful gora-maven-plugin module for us to publish and use for easily generating
Gora Java beans.
I've [reached
out](https://github.com/dobromyslov/gora-maven-plugin/issues/1) to
@dobromyslov, hopefully the move to merge this code into Gora master will be
welcomed.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/lewismc/gora GORA-277
