The DOAP file [1] as listed in [2] has the error:
[line: 40, col: 28] \{E202} Expecting XML start or end element(s). String data
"0.2 release" not allowed. Maybe there should be an rdf:parseType='Literal' for
embedding mixed XML content in RDF. Maybe a striping error.
